Living in earthquake prone Los Angeles makes decorating above the bed a little risky. I’m always looking for new ideas of how to fill that space without using items that could fall down if shaken. I found this great idea from Home Depot’s DIY center, and I thought I would share it with you. The focal point uses shadow boxes painted in a variety of colors to add some great visual interest to your wall. The boxes are hung by wooden mounting brackets to keep them in place and take away the chance of them falling. Look how great it looks in the end!
